- The safety of our employees is of top priority. Therefore,
we will not provide any unsafe household services.
- If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will try our
best to accommodate your request. However, we must be informed
of any changes and cancellations at least one day prior to the
scheduled visit.
- While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do
happen. We request all valuable assets be stored or not cleaned
by our maids. In case our maids cause any damages in your premises,
we shall be liable to a limit of HK$300.
- Our cleaning service does not cover the care of pets. We strongly
suggest the clients to keep away their pets from areas being serviced
in order to avoid any disruption of the service.
- Although greatly appreciated, please understand that tipping
is not required.
Payment for General Cleaning Service
- Advance payment policy is applied. We should receive all payment,
either by bank transfer or cheque, before providing the service.
- We will charge additional fee for any service location away
from urban areas.
- There is no refund for any paid services or package services.
- There is no refund for any package services that have expired.
